How to buy

Placing an order takes a few minutes. You do not pay when you place it: you pay afterwards, at your own pace.

  1. Find what you are looking for

    Start with your baby's age or search the catalog. Each product page shows which colors and sizes there are and how many units are left, up to 10.

  2. Build your order

    Choose the color and size on the product page and tap "Add to order". In "Your order" you can change the quantities.

  3. Place the order

    Write your name and your WhatsApp, choose store pickup or delivery, and tap "Place order".

  4. We hold your items

    When you place the order, your items are held for 24 hours so you can pay for them. If you do not pay in time, they become available again.

  5. Pay

    Once we confirm your order, we send you the payment details on WhatsApp. Pay with the method we tell you and send us the receipt in the same conversation. We confirm and prepare your order.

  6. Get your order

    Pick it up at the store or we bring it to you, depending on what you chose.

Frequently asked questions

What if I do not pay in time?

The order is cancelled and the items become available again. You can place another order whenever you like.

Can I change my order?

Yes, before you pay. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

How much does delivery cost?

We confirm it on WhatsApp before you pay. Store pickup is free.
